Are you looking for a HR Co-ordinator role where you'll play a key part in delivering a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience? The SRA is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Co-ordinator to support our HR Advisers and ensure a smooth and professional experience for new and prospective employees. You'll be the first point of contact for many joining our organization, so your role will be vital in creating a positive and welcoming impression.
You'll be highly organized, customer-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities. From generating contracts and offer packs to ensuring compliance with right to work and DBS checks, you'll be central to the success of our recruitment and onboarding processes. You'll also support the wider HR team with administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our HR services.
