Gan oruchwylio ymchwiliadau ac erlyniadau hynod gymhleth ac amlwg, byddwch yn atebol am achosion, gan sicrhau eu bod yn cael eu hymchwilio a'u symud ymlaen yn effeithiol a bod penderfyniadau a chanlyniadau'n cael eu cyflawni er budd y cyhoedd ac yn unol â Strategaeth Gorfodi'r SRA. Byddwch yn cyflawni hyn trwy drin a goruchwylio achosion yn ogystal â darparu a goruchwylio cyfarwyddyd ar achosion i dimau rheoleiddio ar draws yr SRA.

Byddwch yn arwain ac yn helpu timau o gyfreithwyr ac ymchwilwyr i wneud penderfyniadau cyson a phriodol, trwy rannu'ch arbenigedd i hybu diwylliant sy'n uchel ei berfformiad. Byddwch yn dangos eich gallu i ddadansoddi ac amsugno gwybodaeth yn gyflym, gan hoelio sylw ar y ffeithiau a'r materion amlwg, pwyso a mesur tystiolaeth a materion i gyrraedd dyfarniadau amserol, teg, clir a rhesymegol.

To succeed in this role, you will need superb organisational skills and be able to comfortably and effectively manage your own time and that of others. As a credible people leader, you will be familiar with managing a team to handle cases in a KPI driven operational environment.
