Join us as an Associate Software Developer and help build quality digital services in a modern, Azure cloud first engineering environment. As part of a software development team, you will play a key role to design, develop, test and maintain software solutions in both internal and externally facing applications, including websites, APIs, databases and modular integration components. Working in a cloud-first environment, you will produce high-quality, maintainable code that follows best practice while building your experience across the full software development lifecycle.
You will contribute to code reviews and support continuous improvement within the team with modern delivery approaches including agile, kanban and CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Deployment) if appropriate. Additionally, you will create and maintain high-quality technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency and knowledge sharing across the development process. You will collaborate with colleagues across Architecture, DevOps and Change and Release Management to help deliver seamless software products and services. With the support of a mentor, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills, contribute to shaping our methodologies and processes, and play an active role in driving the adoption of best practices across the team.

What we are looking for:
- Proven working knowledge of development and technical architecture
- Collaborative and results-oriented approach towards issue and/or problem resolution
- Strong communicator with the ability to build good relationships at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in .NET APIs (e.g. REST)
- Working knowledge of GIT and source control
