The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for an Immigration Solicitor to join our expanding Corporate and Personal Immigration Department.
The Candidate
- Strong experience of dealing with all point-based system.
- Proven Immigration experience in the areas set out below.
- Able to handle/organise own workload.
- Multilingual preferred but not essential.
- Good legal writing and drafting skills.
- Be ambitious and want to work on complex cases.
Experience required
- All types of Entry Clearance Visas, Further Leave to Remain and ILR.
- All types of Appeals at First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and beyond.
- Strong knowledge of PBSEU Law including Residence Application, Family Permit, Settlement.
- Human Rights Article 8 and Article 3 Applications and Long residence.
Salary
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but very competitive for the right candidate.
