The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are currently recruiting for an Immigration Solicitor with 5 years plus PQE to join our expanding Corporate and Personal Immigration Department.
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong experience of dealing with all point‑based systems
- Proven immigration experience in the areas set out below
- Able to handle/organise own workload
- Multilingual preferred but not essential
- Good legal writing and drafting skills
- Be ambitious and want to work on complex cases
Experience required:
- All types of Entry Clearance Visas, Further Leave to Remain and ILR
- All types of Appeals at First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and beyond
- Strong knowledge of PBSEU Law including Residence Application, Family Permit, Settlement
- Human Rights Article 8 and Article 3 Applications and Long residence
The salary for this role will be dependent on experience but very competitive for the right candidate.
