We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor/CILEX with at least 5 yrs + PQE to join our expanding Family Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• You will have experience handling a range of Family matters including Divorce and Financial settlement. Managing your own caseload, you will have excellent communication and IT skills.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide clear guidance throughout the legal process.
• Utilize IT tools to manage case files and documentation efficiently.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality service.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to facilitate smooth case progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of private practice in family law
• A solid understanding of financial remedies
• Experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children.
• Experience in advising clients in relation to separation and cohabitation agreements
• Passionate and motivated about Family Law
• Educated to degree level and a strong LPC pass or equivalent;
• Must hold a current clean practising certificate from the SRA;
• Experience gained in a Family Law training seat or following admittance to the roll.
