We are currently recruiting for a Family Solicitor/CILEX with at least 5 yrs + PQE to join our expanding Family Department.
Responsibilities- Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience handling a range of Family matters including Divorce and Financial settlement.
- Manage your own caseload, demonstrating excellent communication and IT skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide clear guidance throughout the legal process.
- Utilize IT tools to manage case files and documentation efficiently.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality service.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to facilitate smooth case progression.
- Previous experience of private practice in family law.
- A solid understanding of financial remedies.
- Experience of working in the areas of Divorce, Financial, Unmarried couples & Property Disputes and Children.
- Experience in advising clients in relation to separation and cohabitation agreements.
- Passionate and motivated about Family Law.
- Educated to degree level and a strong LPC pass or equivalent.
- Must hold a current clean practising certificate from the SRA.
- Experience gained in a Family Law training seat or following admittance to the roll.
Negotiable based on experience.
