Desired Skills And Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old (21+ for driving-required roles, with a valid license)
  • Eligibility to work in the US
  • Successful completion of background check and pre-employment screenings
  • Current Colorado or Compact RN license
  • Current BLS certification (or within 90 days of hire)
  • ACLS certification (or within 6 months)
  • PALS or ENPC certification, TNCC, STABLE, and NRP (or within one year)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred
  • Two years’ hospital experience; one year ED or critical care experience preferred

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Practice decisive judgment and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
  • Triage, evaluate, and document patient information accurately
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, handle patient transfer/discharge/referral
  • Deliver patient/family education and psychosocial support
  • Delegate responsibilities, mentor students and new staff
  • Uphold high standards of ethics, safety, and confidentiality
  • Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives
