We are looking for our next team member - someone ready to grow and develop, as we continue to grow our clinic. We have a position available for a new graduate in Podiatry to be fully mentored into an excellent and autonomous clinician. We are looking for a motivated and engaged practitioner who aligns with our vision of being the best podiatry clinic in the South West!
We have an excellent reputation for our nail surgery, Swift treatments, fungal treatments and general care, and have recently collaborated with MHSportsPodiatry to launch an advanced MSK podiatry service. Our vision includes delivering skin surgery and diagnostic ultrasound, stocking footwear to retail and establishing a strong student placement location with Plymouth University, all from our fantastic modern clinic.
We value our practitioners by dedicating time to listen to concerns, involving team members in decision making, nurturing a low-stress environment, encouraging furtherance of skills and confidence, providing CPD to support career pathway, and mentoring their journey as part of our team.
Role: Full or Part-time // starting salary £28- £32k depending on demonstration of skillset and character. You will become an outstanding, autonomous practitioner having mastered the basics of podiatric care and progressing on to advanced treatments. You will be empowering and engaging patients in best-practice treatment plans to get them where they need to be as quickly as possible. Your role is to take the caseload from the business owner, and expand our patient capacity, enabling us to keep growing towards our goals. You will be fully mentored by the practice owner through a staged program to bring you up to the high standards that we have on to develop further skills in MSK with our specialist if desired.

The practice was established 18 years ago, growing into a modern self-contained 4-room clinic in January 2022. We currently have 3 general care rooms providing Swift, nail surgery, bracing and reconstruction, and a Gait room, delivering gold standard MSK assessments, strength assessments, and footscan. Our mission is to facilitate our community to live happy and active lives through the delivery of gold-standard podiatry provision. We are utilising pioneering and proven treatment modalities to make a meaningful impact and aspire to be an inspirational clinic for the next generation of podiatrists. We are proud of what we have already achieved and seek to grow our reputation further, becoming an integral part of our local community.
