The Role The UK Management of all financial activities in the aforementioned region through the R2R functions Deliver global finance operations synergies whilst maintaining or improving Finance processes and reporting outputs. Specifically: Active participation in the delivery of “One Solera" Simplification and harmonization/standardization of processes and systems when and where possible. Elimination of manual processes and automation with the introduction of scalable solutions Implementation of new D365 financial system Reduction of the number of legal entities Adherence to the Solera group accounting timelines, policies, and internal controls Oversee the adherence to, timely preparation and review/sign-off and submission for all local statutory and tax filings reporting requirements Working with the External Auditors for any in-scope entities to ensure timely and accurate deliverables Overseeing cash management within the countries/entities in scope, including execution of intercompany or royalty payments, and/or bank relationships Review tax cash forecasting and ensure this is updated weekly with actuals Manage and review quarterly management reporting packages, and Income Statement and Balance Sheet fluxes to ensure timely, accurate and good quality deliverables Prepare and submit monthly P
