Overview
In this role you partner with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders to translate data-rich business needs into actionable solutions for the SuperVision platform. You own end-to-end requirements and data definitions, ensuring alignment with objectives and data models. You analyze large datasets to inform product decisions and drive operational improvements, delivering clear documentation and supporting cross-functional adoption. You enable data-driven decisions at scale and contribute to product design and success metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for complex initiatives
- Own end-to-end functional and data requirements aligning business goals with system capabilities
- Translate business needs into user stories, specifications, data definitions, and process flows
- Evaluate data impacts, risks, dependencies, and constraints early
- Lead external client and vendor discussions when needed
- Apply Explore methodologies to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability
- Perform in-depth data analysis to support decisions, improvements, and defect resolution
- Validate data accuracy across source systems, APIs, and reporting
- Develop data validation artifacts and support audits and executive decisions
- Support product management with delivery planning and status reporting
- Contribute to design of new products and enhancements with analytical use cases and success metrics
- Perform advanced querying and analysis with SQL Server Management Studio
- Use Excel and other tools for data modeling, reconciliation, and exploratory analysis
- Lead initiatives to automate and optimize reporting and data validation
- Mentor junior analysts on analytical techniques and best practices
- Champion Explore standards for data quality, documentation, and analytical rigor
- Verify post-release data quality and stability through targeted validation and monitoring
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst for complex, data-driven systems
- Strong requirements definition, analysis, and delivery support
- Advanced SQL with ability to write, optimize, and interpret complex queries
- Experience analyzing data to identify trends and support decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication translating data into insights
- Strong analytical mindset focused on accuracy and continuous improvement
