Overview
In this principal leadership role, you will own and scale the GoldStar business across North America, accountable for revenue growth and market expansion. You’ll lead a high-performing sales organization and shape end-to-end strategy, from go-to-market to product alignment, partnering across functions. You will engage in complex enterprise deals and drive long-term value creation while strengthening market position. This is a mission-driven opportunity to accelerate growth and influence the automotive software landscape.
Responsibilities
- Own the GoldStar business revenue, targets, and market expansion
- Develop and execute scalable go-to-market strategy for enterprise growth and new logos
- Build, lead, and develop a sales organization with accountability culture
- Lead complex, high-value enterprise deals with executive stakeholders and negotiations
- Manage pipeline, forecasting, and ensure consistent revenue attainment
- Provide customer and market insights to Product, Marketing, and Leadership to influence roadmap
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and HR
- Establish scalable processes, metrics, and reporting for operational excellence
- Represent GoldStar in industry engagement and thought leadership
- Travel up to 50–75% as needed
Key requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales or commercial leadership
- Proven track record in scaling high-performing sales teams
- Experience owning or operating within a P&L or business unit structure
- Proven ability to close complex, high-value enterprise deals and drive revenue growth
- Strong business acumen at strategic and execution levels
- Experience in automotive, SaaS, telematics, or related industries preferred
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders (internal and external)
- Proven ability to build, scale teams, and develop leaders
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills
