Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end experience transformation for Solera’s digital products by embedding AI-driven design, automation, and data-informed decisions. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver scalable, intelligent UX that improves customer outcomes and accelerates platform modernization. You’ll lead cross-functional design efforts, establish governance, and coach a global UX team to scale consistent experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a UX vision aligned to AI-enabled product strategy (GenAI, ML-driven personalization, automation)
- Identify high-impact transformation initiatives to simplify workflows and enhance decision-making
- Embed responsible AI principles (transparency, bias mitigation, usability) into all experiences
- Lead UX design for enterprise-scale SaaS platforms with consistent experiences across ecosystems
- Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive, user-centered designs
- Drive design for data-rich and AI-powered interfaces (insights dashboards, recommendations, automation flows)
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and GTM leaders to align roadmap and priorities
- Influence product strategy and architecture decisions through design leadership
- Ensure seamless integration of UX into Agile and continuous delivery models
- Build and lead a high-performing global UX team (designers, researchers, design ops)
- Establish design standards, systems, and governance to scale consistency and efficiency
- Coach teams on AI-first design thinking and experimentation
- Define and track UX KPIs (adoption, engagement, task success, efficiency)
- Leverage analytics, user research, and experimentation to continuously improve experiences
- Drive experience measurement tied to business outcomes (conversion, retention, productivity)
Key requirements
- 10+ years in UX/UI design
- 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives in SaaS or platform environments
- Strong exposure to AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven design
- Experience scaling UX across global, multi-product ecosystems
- Deep expertise in design systems, interaction design, and user research
