Position Summary: As the Vice President of Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing strategies that drive revenue growth across the organization.

You will oversee revenue operations, go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales enablement, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Operations & GTM StrategyDesign and execute revenue operations strategies that align with go-to-market plans and deliver growth targets.

Lead successful GTM initiatives, ensuring scalability in SaaS operations and alignment with business objectives.

Continuously improve revenue operations to achieve organizational goals, leveraging operational insights and best practices.

Finance & Business OperationsPartner with Finance to optimize budgets, resource allocation, and ROI.Align financial planning and operational strategies to achieve business goals and deliver measurable results.

Drive operational efficiency and deliver tangible business outcomes through effective financial management. AI & Data-Driven StrategyLeverage AI and data analytics to drive predictive insights, improve decision-making, and achieve strategic objectives.

Implement AI tools for sales enablement, revenue forecasting, and pipeline health.

Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver measurable improvements.

Sales EnablementCreate and lead enablement programs that empower sales teams to achieve performance targets.

Incorporate technology and AI into training and onboarding to enhance team capabilities.

Develop initiatives that improve team performance and help achieve revenue goals.

Leadership & CollaborationLead global teams through digital transformation and cross-functional alignment.

Foster collaboration across departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to streamline processes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Drive a culture of accountability, coaching, and continuous improvement.

Communication & Stakeholder ManagementManage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively to achieve alignment and deliver business results.

Present complex information (including AI insights) clearly to executives and other stakeholders.

Resolve concerns and deliver successful outcomes through effective communication.

Business AcumenDemonstrate deep understanding of technology sales, SaaS solutions, and industry trends.

Develop and execute strategic plans that align with high-growth goals.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and financial metrics to inform decision-making.

Ethical Conduct and ComplianceEnsure all operations adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and industry-specific regulations.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and exceeding revenue targets in a SaaS or technology environment. Expertise in AI, data analytics, and sales enablement technologies. Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and financial management skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in cross-functional collaboration and global team leadership.

High level of business acumen and understanding of industry trends.
