Position Summary
We are currently seeking a friendly, customer-service focused Barista/Cashier to join our team at Modera Reserve at Kensington. In this role, you’ll be the face of our café—preparing drinks, handling light food service, managing the register, and creating an inviting experience for both residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, teas, and other beverages
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area
- Stock supplies and maintain inventory
- Provide exceptional service while fostering a warm and welcoming environment
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous barista, food service, or cashier experience preferred
