Today, Solera processes over 300 million digital transactions annually for approximately 235,000 partners and customers in more than 90 countries.The RoleThe UK Management of all financial activities in the aforementioned region through the R2R functionsDeliver global finance operations synergies whilst maintaining or improving Finance processes and reporting outputs. Specifically:Active participation in the delivery of “One Solera”Simplification and harmonization/standardization of processes and systems when and where possible.Elimination of manual processes and automation with the introduction of scalable solutionsImplementation of new D365 financial systemReduction of the number of legal entitiesAdherence to the Solera group accounting timelines, policies, and internal controlsOversee the adherence to, timely preparation and review/sign-off and submission for all local statutory and tax filings reporting requirementsWorking with the External Auditors for any in-scope entities to ensure timely and accurate deliverablesOverseeing cash management within the countries/entities in scope, including execution of intercompany or royalty payments, and/or bank relationshipsReview tax cash forecasting and ensure this is updated weekly with actualsManage and review quarterly management reporting packages, and Income Statement and Balance Sheet fluxes to ensure timely, accurate and good quality deliverablesPrepare and submit monthly P
