Our facilities offer whole-person care, grounded in compassion, connection, and clinical excellence to support the needs of moms during critical postpartum periods.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Intake Coordinator located in Duxbury, MA. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for managing initial client inquiries, conducting pre-screen assessments, and coordinating client care. Day-to-day tasks include handling insurance verifications, maintaining client records, and working closely with therapists to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth communication between clients and healthcare providers are also key aspects of the role.

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience with Case Management and Medical Terminology
- Knowledge of Insurance processes and verification
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work in a compassionate, patient-focused environment
- Prior experience in a behavioral health IOP/PHP setting strongly preferred.
