Solent University’s Student Success Team is seeking an experienced Disability Adviser to support disabled and neurodivergent students from application through to graduation. You will assess learning needs, develop personalised support plans and recommend reasonable adjustments to enable participation in university life.

In this role you will manage a complex caseload, respond to enquiries, contribute to transition programmes, deliver workshops and guidance across faculties, and collaborate with others.
