The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the management of client referrals/assessments and allocations. The Wellbeing Coordinator will delegate service users to wellbeing staff for short term focussed interventions to enable service users to achieve goals identified through the assessment process. The Wellbeing Coordinator will supervise staff and hold their own caseload of service users and also support with courses and groups when needed.

Hours: 20 hours per week (over a minimum of 4 days).

We are looking for someone with experience of working with vulnerable people with diverse needs and who has experience of individual needs assessments. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, supervisory management skills, and the ability to work on own initiative and within a team.
