The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.
Solent Mind are providing Peer Support working within local communities to enhance mental health care at primary level, in collaboration with NHS colleagues.
This role involves:
- Offering support, co-ordination and supervision to a small team of peer support workers.
- Working closely with PCN colleagues to identify and develop opportunities for peer support.
- Working with PCN and other colleagues to collectively review and plan work, caseloads and service plans.
- Working directly with clients in one to one and group settings.

About you
You will have a key understanding of the role of peer support in mental health and how to use your lived experience to this effect as well as the ability to manage time and competing priorities and take responsibility for your own work and accountabilities. You will need to demonstrate a resilient approach to dealing with changing priorities and emotionally challenging situations.
