About the role

We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Fundraising and Training Administrator to provide essential support across our Fundraising and Training teams. This is a varied role at the heart of two important income-generating areas of Solent Mind. You'll help ensure fundraising and training activities run smoothly by leading on financial administration and reconciliation processes, maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting customers and supporters, and providing high-quality operational and administrative support. Working closely with colleagues across both teams, you'll be responsible for managing income records and reporting, supporting fundraising and training activities, coordinating resources and helping to deliver an excellent experience for donors, supporters, fundraisers and training customers. This role would suit someone who enjoys working with systems and processes, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering outstanding administrative support.

About you

You'll be an experienced administrator who is confident managing multiple priorities and working with a high degree of accuracy. You will have experience of financial administration, record keeping and using databases or CRM systems, alongside excellent organisational and communication skills. You'll be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and committed to providing excellent customer service. We're looking for someone who can work independently, use their initiative and contribute to the smooth running of both our Fundraising and Training functions.

Experience of working within a charity, fundraising, training or customer-focused environment would be an advantage. You will ideally have experience of:

  • Financial administration, income processing or reconciliation.
  • CRM or database management.
  • Coordinating administrative processes in a busy environment.
  • Producing accurate reports and maintaining records.
  • Delivering excellent customer, supporter or stakeholder service.
  • Using Microsoft Office and other digital systems confidently.
