Solent Mind in Southampton is seeking a Team Leader (Safe Haven) to manage a team and work directly with people in mental health crisis across telephone, face to face and online engagement. The Safe Haven operates 7 days a week in partnership with the NHS Foundation Trust.
You will need lived experience of mental health challenges, strong safeguarding and risk assessment skills, and proven people management ability. The role combines site leadership with home working.
