The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance across a range of people practices and projects. The role reports to the People and Culture Business Partner. You will provide efficient and effective case management. Casework will encompass a range of activities including those related to conduct and capability, absence and health, family friendly policies, organisational and contractual changes. You will also liaise with occupational health and other subject matter experts to support employee wellbeing, including advising on reasonable adjustments and supporting returns to work.

As our People & Culture Advisor you will be a key member of the team, working directly with line managers and employees to solve a wide range of employee relations issues, support performance improvements, and drive team effectiveness. You will be excited to join a team focused on delivering a people agenda that is about developing high performing teams and supporting the organisation on a journey of change. You will have an up to date understanding of recent employment legislation and how to apply it, experience of developing people policies, comfortable operating at pace responding to customer needs. You will be an HR professional with a passion for mental health and wellbeing.
