Solent Mind is seeking a qualified Mental Health First Aider with experience in leading teams to oversee wellbeing services across the New Forest.

You will ensure operations run smoothly, respond to service-user needs, and engage with key stakeholders to develop partners and colleagues.

The role is based at The Hollies in New Milton and Marcella House in Hythe, with a permanent contract and 30 hours per week.
