About the role
Our new service Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) Hampshire will launch on 01 July 2026. This service will be delivered across Hampshire and Southampton.
We are looking for a Team Leader that will provide operational leadership to this new service. You will manage a team of 5 CST Practitioners. You will ensure safe, high quality and consistent delivery across multiple venues and facilitators. You will oversee rotas, referral flow, quality assurance and performance reporting. You will also provide supervision and competency support to practitioners. You will lead safeguarding and risk management processes, as well as maintain strong partnerships with MAS/OPCMHTs and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care. Please note you might be required to work on some Saturdays depending on the service need.
About you
As a CST Team Leader you will have proven experience working with people living with dementia/older adults, where you have facilitated groups and offered person‑centred interventions. You will have experience of supervising staff. You have an understanding of safeguarding adults, mental capacity, risk management and safe information‑sharing. You have excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships. You will also be able to use IT systems and produce quarterly reports.
