Solent Mind is seeking a Weekend Support Advisor to deliver a timetable of activities and wellbeing sessions at our New Forest locality, including centres and community engagement. The role is based at The Hollies, New Milton, with sessions every other Saturday from 9:30am to 3:30pm, contributing to social connections and independence.
You will work with vulnerable individuals, carry out community resource research, and support wellbeing initiatives across Hampshire.
