Solent Mind is seeking a Team Leader for the new Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) service launching in Hampshire and Southampton. This part-time role (20 hours/week) involves managing a team of 5 practitioners, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and engaging with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have:
