As Head Housekeeper, you will lead our busy Housekeeping team and ensure thousands of guests experience wonderful stays in immaculate rooms.
Your day to day:
- Implementation of the required standards of cleanliness and presentation of rooms.
- Mentor your team to ensure they provide the highest standards and attention to detail at all times.
- Responding to guest requests and issues in a professional manner and rectifying any problems as soon as possible.
- Ensuring the team are completing their work within a set time frame.
- Ensuring the property procedures are followed by the team.
- Carrying out induction and training of new team members.
- Control of stock ordering and linen management.
- Hands on to support the team as required.

- You will need to be able to communicate on all levels, including to your team and across the wider property.
- You will need to keep calm under pressure, reacting effortlessly to unexpected circumstances and taking them in your stride.
- If you are passionate about delivering meticulous standards and can motivate others to do this, then this could be the role for you.
- Ideally you will have previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within a Housekeeping function.
- Our business is open all day every day, so you will need to be flexible with the times you can work.
