We're looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our hospitality experience across all outlets, including our restaurant, bar, room service, and events. Responsibilities
- Support the Management team in running all F&B departments across all properties: restaurant, bar, room service, conferences, events, pub service.
- Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence.
- Lead and inspire the food & beverage team.
- Drive operational excellence, compliance, and guest satisfaction.
- Coach and develop your team, fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.
- Monitor budgets, stock control, and labour costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions.
- Lead and coordinate the role's diverse shifts across restaurant, bar, conference, and events, providing flexibility and professionalism.
Qualifications
- You'll have proven experience managing in high‑end hospitality, whether that be in a restaurant, bar or running events, in a management role.
- We're looking for someone who is a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service.
- You'll be a confident, calm, solutions‑focused leader with excellent communication and people‑management skills.
- You will be commercially minded, focused on cost control and revenue growth, and have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
