LOCATION: Hybrid (3 days per week in Christchurch, Dorset as required)
Purpose of the role:
As an eCommerce Account Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting and growing our Amazon business, working closely with the Ecommerce Manager to optimise performance across Amazon UK & EU and other digital channels. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already understands the fundamentals of Amazon Seller Central and is looking to deepen their commercial, analytical, and marketplace management skills
Working across brands including Sevenhills Wholefoods, you'll gain hands‑on experience in catalogue management, Amazon advertising support, content optimisation, digital merchandising, and marketplace trading. You'll collaborate with internal teams to ensure products are accurately represented online and that stock, pricing, and promotional activities are executed effectively
We are looking for someone who is early in their career with a strong focus on Amazon, who is keen to develop their skills and build their experience within the role
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon account management:
- Manage the Amazon premium seller support relationship, including performance notifications and account escalations
- Manage Seller Central cases through to resolution
- Audit Amazon fees, including FBA fees, storage fees and chargebacks
- Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace best practices
- Monitor and assist with marketplace compliance requirements, including EPR and ERP
- Support product compliance activities, including documentation and listing requirements
- Monitor and maintain Amazon Account Health metrics
- Implement pricing updates and strategies
- Execution of deals and brand tailored promotions
- Manage Subscribe & Save programme
- Monitor Pan-EU and marketplace eligibility requirements
- Identify and resolve product restrictions and listing issues
- Monitor unsellable inventory and recommend corrective actions
- Maintain strong catalogue health and listing accuracy
- Support aged inventory & overstocks clearance
- Identify, track and submit claims for shipment shortages and lost inventory
- Audit Amazon logistics, fulfilment and storage charges to identify cost recovery opportunities
- Create, update and optimise listings to improve visibility and organic search ranking
- Review item data quality reports and maintain accurate product information
- Manage product variations and catalogue structure
- Resolve catalogue suppression issues and stranded listings
- Ensure product categories, attributes and search terms are accurate and optimised
- Support localisation and maintenance of listings across UK and EU marketplace
Ecommerce account management
- Support execution of sales channels including Shopify and Amazon multi-channel fulfilment
- Create and maintain product listings across ecommerce platforms
- Execute pricing updates and promotional activity
- Support ongoing website merchandising and ecommerce best practice
New Product Development & Range Management
- Manage ecommerce new product marketplace launch and process tracker
- Support Amazon-first product testing initiatives
- Conduct competitor pricing and assortment reviews
- Audit packed product cost prices and maintain pricing accuracy
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product teams on SKU, barcode & SAP implementation
Analytics & Performance
- Maintain regular reporting on key KPIs including sales, traffic, conversion and pricing data
- Monitor inventory performance metrics, including IPI
- Track promotional performance
About you:
- 1-2 years' experience working with Amazon Seller Central in an eCommerce, marketplace, or digital commerce role
- Experience supporting the management and growth of Amazon product listings and account performance
- Exposure to sales reporting, performance analysis, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue and conversion
- Experience assisting with promotions, pricing updates, catalogue management, and content optimisation
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with confidence using Excel and data to support decision-making
- Experience collaborating with marketing, supply chain, operations, or customer service teams
- Experience in FMCG, food, health, wellness sectors is advantageous
- Enthusiastic about developing deeper expertise in Amazon, eCommerce trading, and marketplace growth
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and solutions‑focused, with a willingness to take ownership and learn
- Commercially minded, with an interest in understanding the drivers of online sales performance
- Comfortable analysing data and turning insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Passionate about eCommerce and staying up to date with marketplace trends and best practices
