Solent Group is looking for an HR Advisor to support the People team across multiple HR functions in a hybrid role based in Dinnington, England. You’ll work on employee relations, performance management, and policy compliance while partnering with leaders to drive business outcomes.
You will also assist in talent acquisition, training coordination, HR analytics, onboarding, and lifecycle improvements, ensuring best practices and legal compliance across the organisation.
