Solent Group is seeking an HR Advisor to support the People team in delivering strategic people initiatives across the organisation.
Hybrid role based in Dinnington, Sheffield with 2-3 days onsite and bi-weekly travel to our Head Office in Christchurch, Dorset.
You will collaborate with leadership on business decisions, provide insights, manage employee relations, performance management, recruitment support, HR policy compliance, analytics in Cezanne HR, payroll inputs, and onboarding.
