Location: Hybrid – Christchurch (2 days per week in the office)
Travel: Occasional travel to manufactures & customer meetings
Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for managing and delivering critical project paths from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, tasks are clearly delegated and potential risks are identified and managed proactively. You will build strong relationships with our manufacturing partners and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure projects are viable and delivered successfully. The role requires you to lead clear and effective briefs, communicate efficiently with our Buying teams, and confidently present project updates and progress. You will also need to understand the technical make-up of products, have a strong eye for detail and be comfortable managing large amounts of information. A key part of the role will also be supporting the development of high-quality, engaging presentations for our customers
Scope & Relationships:
- UK & EU supplier facing and Solent Asia buying team
- Retailer facing for all live projects
- Internally face into all product, technical, design and supply chain teams
- Internal Stakeholder management
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completing the project work in line with the plan and will often report progress to senior managers.
- Manage the product development from Concept stage to finished goods
- Managing the production of the required deliverables. planning and monitoring the project. Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines.
- Planning is key, ability to be reactive and to present solutions
- Contribute to Category plans for the financial year with quarterly reviews
- To manage our project management tool Asana ensure content is accurate and updated weekly
- Reviewing emails and project requirements, conducting meetings with teams and stakeholders, scheduling, monitoring metrics and many more

- Project management across multiple SKU’s and categories
- Examples of cross-functional working across multiple teams
- Market and trend understanding in order to overlay onto product plans
- Strong supplier relationships with a commercial mindset
- Trade Show and supplier visit experience
- Examples of problem solving and solutions to previous projects
- Ability to review trends and pull into a development calendar
- Excited and passionate about working within a dynamic and fast-paced team
