Contracts Manager (Roofing/Renewables) Exeter £50k, plus package An opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a renewables contractor with an office in Exeter. Ideally you\’ll have a background in roofing or renewables, have experience managing trades, meeting clients, and want to take on a new challenge. The business primarily carry out Solar PV installations to new build houses for many of the main housebuilders. Having recently opened an office in Exeter, they are now recruiting a Contracts Manager to oversee this office and the local sites. The role will be a mix of being on site and office based, attending pre start meetings, meeting with site managers, overseeing trades on site, and ensuring that contracts are being delivered to clients to the level expected.
