Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Residential Child Care Worker role based in Fordingbridge. The role involves providing day-to-day care, support, and guidance to children and young people in a residential setting, promoting their safety, well-being, and personal development. Responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, such as mealtimes, personal care (where required), school preparation, and recreational activities. Helping to manage behavior in a consistent, trauma-informed way, build trusting relationships, and act as a positive role model.
