An exciting new opportunity has opened at the Isle of Wight’s go-to furniture stores! We are looking for a Data Entry Administrator to join our friendly office team in Lake to work closely with the Office Manager to ensure a smooth running of day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Data inputting and processing.
- Assist with order processing and updating.
- Book in deliveries to warehouse when required.
- Creating and maintaining product and pricing CSVs.
- Actioning pricing both online and instore.
- Assist with invoicing and pricing queries.
- Ad hoc duties as set out by the Office Manager.
- Liaise with suppliers to gather information & documentation.
- Support and communicate with all departments within the business, assisting where required.
Qualifications:
- Someone who is confident working on computers.
- Basic knowledge of Excel & Word is a must.
- Capable of working as part of a team to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues.
- Knowledge of Content Management Systems would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work on own initiative.
- As Data Entry Administrator, you should be passionate, highly motivated with the ability to plan and prioritise workload.
