We’re looking for a proactive and technically skilled Reliability & Compliance Engineer (EC&I) to join our team at our dynamic Upper Tier COMAH site in Bradford.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day‑to‑day EC&I reliability issues and lead fault diagnosis and root cause analysis.
- Propose and support asset improvement initiatives in line with site reliability strategy.
- Manage spares and supply chain for EC&I systems to reduce downtime risk.
- Support small project delivery, CAPEX justifications, and contractor interfaces.
- Analyse maintenance data (SAP) to track asset performance and support long‑term planning.
- Ensure compliance with COMAH regulations, safety protocols, and documentation standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree or HNC/HND in EC&I Engineering (or related discipline).
- Experience in EC&I roles within process or chemical manufacturing (COMAH preferred).
- Strong problem‑solving skills with a solid understanding of control systems, instrumentation, and electrical protection.
- Familiarity with SAP and reliability‑focused methodologies (e.g., RCA, FMEA).
- A collaborative, safety‑first mindset with excellent communication skills.
