We are looking for an experienced Institutional Regional Marketing Lead to drive marketing strategy, portfolio performance, innovation execution, and commercial growth across the North region. As a key member of the regional leadership team, you will act as a strategic partner to the Regional Commercial Leader, translating business priorities into clear marketing plans and ensuring strong execution across countries. - Lead market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer insight generation
- Translate customer needs and market trends into product, portfolio, and innovation priorities
- Drive portfolio optimization through a data-driven approach focused on growth, profitability, margin, and mix improvement
- Support successful innovation launches and commercialization initiatives across the region
- Ensure effective execution of channel and brand strategies across markets
- Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional marketing organization

What You'll Bring

- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with portfolio management, pricing, margin management, and growth strategy
- Demonstrated leadership experience in developing and leading teams within a matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business actions
