About The Role
NCH Industrial, part of Solenis Light Industrial Solutions, is seeking a Commercial Development Manager to support strategic commercial initiatives that drive growth, improve operational effectiveness and strengthen customer relationships across our European industrial business. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy and execution. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help translate data, insights and market opportunities into practical actions that improve sales performance, margin and customer retention.
You will collaborate with commercial leaders, country organisations and field teams to identify improvement opportunities, support key commercial initiatives and contribute to the modernisation of processes within a traditionally field-driven industrial business. Key Responsibilities
