We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Environment Advisor to champion environmental compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support occupational hygiene across our UK sites. If you’re motivated by meaningful impact, regulatory excellence and hands‑on technical work, this role will suit you perfectly.

What You’ll Do

  • Environmental Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Environmental Permits, COMAH, waste legislation and wider environmental law. Lead permit variations, ADMS modelling, noise monitoring, nuisance investigations, land remediation and COMAH Safety Report reviews.
  • Regulator Engagement: Act as the primary Environment Agency contact. Lead EA audits, manage follow‑up actions and ensure consistent, high‑quality reporting and communication.
  • Environmental Monitoring: Conduct, collate and report MCERTS‑standard monitoring for Solenis and BASF Dealburn Road. Support investigations, modelling and process improvements.
  • Occupational Hygiene Monitoring: Develop and maintain monitoring schedules for airborne contaminants, dust, noise and heat stress in line with regulatory and Solenis requirements.
  • Management Systems: Support RC14001 implementation through procedures, cluster roll‑out and internal auditing.
