Production Support Specialist / Production Compliance Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Lead all planned maintenance and project activity in the HUB, including pre‑task meetings, permit writing, and acting as the production representative.
• Provide day‑to‑day operational support to apprentices working in the HUB.
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, including Management of Change.
• Support production teams to maintain schedules and minimise downtime.
• Manage and monitor Zaptic systems.
• Conduct routine 5S checks, plant inspections, and report hazards.
• Maintain accurate procedures, risk assessments, training records, and manual‑handling assessments.
• Work with maintenance, quality, and safety teams to resolve operational issues and progress work orders.
• Participate in safety drills, team meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Carry out other reasonable duties to support production.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in chemical manufacturing or industrial production.
• Knowledge of chemical handling and safety documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and operational problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
