Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for logistics and a knack for leading high-performing teams? We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Warehouse & Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic chemical manufacturing site in Bradford.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively—from raw material procurement through to product delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Inventory Management: Oversee storage and distribution, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Vendor Management: Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for timely material delivery.
- Logistics Coordination: Ensure smooth transportation and on-time delivery to customers.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff, promoting a safety-first culture.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
