TASKI is seeking a Robotics Category Manager to lead the global strategy, commercial success and lifecycle management of our robotic cleaning solutions. This role sits within the Global Product & Innovation Team and acts as the central link between product management, engineering, sales, marketing, service, supply chain and customers.

About the Role
The Robotics Category Manager owns the global TASKI robotics portfolio, ensuring products are positioned effectively, launched successfully, supported commercially and continuously improved based on market feedback and performance. You will work across the full lifecycle — from category strategy and vendor collaboration to launch execution, sales enablement and ongoing optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Category Strategy & Portfolio Ownership: Develop and execute the global robotics category strategy, aligning portfolio priorities, positioning and lifecycle management with market needs and profitability goals. Use insights to identify enhancements, new opportunities and long-term category direction.
- Manufacturer Collaboration: Coordinate with manufacturer on demo units, pre-launch activities, product readiness and market preparation. Ensure smooth introductions and effective commercialisation of TASKI robotic solutions.
- Cross-Functional Launch Coordination: Work closely with R&D, GTS, GPE, Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure launch readiness, spare-parts availability and supply continuity. Support field tests, market introductions and technical preparation.
- Go-to-Market & Launch Execution: Coordinate go-to-market execution for new robotic products, features, accessories and service propositions. Support the creation of marketing communication materials and ensure consistent messaging across regions.
- Commercial Enablement & Sales Support: Provide sales teams and distributors with ROI tools, value propositions, training input and practical guidance. Support key customer opportunities where deep category expertise is required.
