The role:
Soldo is seeking an accomplished Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead and scale our multi-channel digital engine in support of our Direct Sales go-to-market motion. This role is central to driving awareness, generating high-quality demand, and accelerating pipeline growth across the UK and key European markets, including Ireland and Italy, with a focus on mid-market and enterprise segments. You will own digital strategy and execution across an evolving mix of performance-driven and experimental channels — from established platforms such as YouTube, LinkedIn, paid social, email, and display, to select emerging digital environments that support reach, engagement, and demand generation objectives. A key part of this role is building and leading a new digital marketing team from the ground up, hiring and developing a small group of specialists to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth targets
- Build full-funnel campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline
- Identify new channels, partnerships, and scalable growth opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing digital team from the ground up
- Establish clear workflows, standards, and a culture of experimentation and accountability
- Lead always-on and campaign activity across LinkedIn, YouTube, paid social, email, and display
- Test and scale emerging platforms and communities
- Develop segmentation, sequencing, and optimisation frameworks
- Partner with Field Marketing and Sales to deliver targeted digital ABM programmes
- Manage third-party publishers and lead-gen partners to drive quality pipeline
- Orchestrate personalised, multi-step journeys across the funnel
Third-Party Digital Lead Generation:
Manage programmes and relationships with digital publishers and lead-generation partners (e.g. TechTarget, BrightTALK, Infuse Media). Oversee execution across content syndication, webinars, newsletters, sponsorships, and intent-based programmes. Monitor lead quality, pacing, compliance, and performance against targets. Ensure seamless handoff into nurture and sales follow-up processes.
Performance & Reporting:
- Own KPIs across MQLs, pipeline, CAC, and ROI
- Use data, attribution, and automation tools to optimise performance and reporting
- Ensure strong governance and GDPR-compliant processes
Stakeholder & Content Collaboration:
Work cross-functionally with Product, Field, and Content teams to launch high-impact campaigns. Present insights and results clearly to senior stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Extensive experience in digital marketing within B2B SaaS, fintech, or other high-growth technology sectors.
- Proven experience building and leading digital marketing teams.
- Strong track record driving demand generation, ABM engagement, and pipeline impact.
- Experience across core performance channels (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube, email, paid media).
- Demonstrated success managing third-party digital lead-generation partners and CPL models.
- Strong understanding of funnel management, attribution, analytics, and optimisation.
- Hands-on approach and is commercially minded, and highly results focused.
- Expert at analysing performance, interpreting insights, and making data-led decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills and communicates with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
