The role:
Sales Enablement Specialist will have deep understanding of selling, an unwavering determination to get the job done, comfortable with complexity and ambiguity and, critically, have proven experience of selling at an Enterprise level. The Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for working with the GTM team on aspects relating to onboarding, learning, coaching, and productivity. The role will aid in the acceleration of the productivity of our GTM organization by effectively aligning people, processes, and priorities to build relevant learnings, content and programs. It will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all business opportunities are maximised while helping the sales team to navigate the sales process, hone their strategy and achieve their revenue targets.
You will develop enablement plans, establish department goals, and drive process improvements and ongoing training, specifically in the following areas:
- Content
- Training & onboarding
- Technology enablement
- Processes
We’re looking for someone who must have:
- Proven experience in a Sales Enablement role
- Native Italian speaker and fluent in English
- Proven track record in Sales Enablement at a leading B2B SaaS or Fintech company
- Direct training experience for various large sales teams
- Ability to build successful sales programs
- Outstanding coaching, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficient in latest enablement trends, technologies, tactics, methodologies
- Previous working experience in sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Cognism, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Seismic, etc.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
