You’ll take video projects from brief through to final delivery — producing engaging content that supports demand generation, product adoption, brand storytelling, and customer education. Most of the video content produced will be for digital consumption across many different social media platforms and communities, e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify.
You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams to translate briefs into compelling videos while continuously improving output based on performance data and feedback.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Technical expertise
- Advanced proficiency with video production tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Adobe Audition or equivalent
- Experience working with online webinar and recording platforms (e.g. Riverside/Sequel)
- Strong storytelling instincts and visual sensibility
- Ability to turn briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Design awareness for motion graphics, thumbnails, and layouts
- Project & time management
- Ability to manage multiple video projects in parallel
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong file and asset organisation practices
- Comfortable using online project management tools (e.g. Airtable)
- Clear and confident communicator with stakeholders and presenters
- Comfortable giving and receiving constructive feedback
- Able to provide direction and coaching during recordings
Essential skills:
- Proven experience producing and editing video content in a professional setting
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of video formats and styles
- Hands-on experience across the full video production lifecycle
- Solid understanding of lighting, composition, framing, and audio capture
- Confidence working independently while collaborating closely with others
- Experience editing videos for paid channels such as Google Ads and social platforms
