  • Design solutions that align customer needs with platform capabilities and fintech best practices

  • Provide technical guidance during the sales and implementation lifecycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and document clear functional and technical requirements
  • Support customers post-implementation through training sessions and workshops
  • Share customer feedback with Product teams to help shape future platform enhancements

We're looking for someone who must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field; 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing techno-functional role within the fintech or accounting SaaS software domain.
  • Strong understanding of fintech concepts, products, and regulatory requirements, with experience working in banking, payments, or credit/debit cards.
  • Experience working with cloud-based technologies, APIs, databases, and integration frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies like JavaScript/Ruby/Python and SQL
  • Experience with MS Office, Confluence, Jira (including epics, stories, and sprints)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
