You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams, acting as a trusted advisor to senior finance and accounting stakeholders while mentoring and guiding Solution Specialists across the team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your understanding of real-world accounting processes is just as important as your technical and solution design skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for enterprise customers, with a strong focus on accounting and finance workflows
- Partner with Sales on complex pre-sales engagements, including discovery, workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts
- Translate accounting processes (GL, reconciliation, expense flows, AP/AR, VAT/tax reporting) into scalable solutions
- Design, guide and build integrations using APIs and our iPaaS platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Financial Controllers, and senior technical stakeholders
- Provide solution oversight during delivery, supporting teams through complex functional or technical challenges
- Mentor and coach Solution Specialists, setting best practices for solution design and client engagement
- Influence product direction by representing customer accounting and finance needs
We’re looking for someone who must have:
- 7+ years’ experience in a customer-facing, techno-functional role within fintech or accounting SaaS
- Hands-on accounting experience (e.g. financial accounting, controllership, finance systems implementation, or similar)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting processes
- Experience working with ERP, accounting, expense management, or financial systems
- Experience working in regulated fintech environments (payments, banking, cards, or adjacent domains)
- Experience working in a product background and familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and integration frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge finance and technology
- A proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-scale solutions
