As part of the GTM Business Operations team, you will work across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Onboarding, Pricing & Billing to identify operational inefficiencies, redesign processes, and help implement scalable solutions that improve the customer and employee experience. Continuously identify opportunities to improve GTM processes across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Onboarding, Pricing & Billing, and related operational areas. Analyse operational data, workflows, and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Support the development of business cases and recommendations for operational change. Special Projects & New Initiatives Support project delivery from problem definition through implementation, coordinating activities across stakeholders and workstreams. Relevant experience in a Business Operations, Operations Analyst, Business Analyst, RevOps, Consulting, or similar role. Experience working with operational systems and technology platforms such as Salesforce or similar business systems. Ability to translate business problems into structured operational solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both business and technical teams. Experience documenting and mapping business processes using flowcharts, process maps, or similar techniques. Experience supporting process implementation, transformation projects, or operational change initiatives is preferred. Familiarity with Revenue Operations, GTM processes, or SaaS commercial operations is advantageous.
