The role
This role will focus on executing our social media strategy, reporting to the Director of Communications and working very closely with the Revenue and Digital Marketing teams. You will bring structure, creativity and pace to our social output, helping us show up consistently and credibly in the conversations that matter to finance leaders.
This role is about oversight, planning, execution at scale, measurement, stakeholder management and collaboration across many teams. You will be responsible for turning strategy into action, coordinating input from across marketing, product and leadership, and ensuring our social presence is both consistent and commercially relevant.
This includes:
Planning and execution
- Lead the day-to-day execution of our social media strategy across key platforms.
- Help craft Soldo’s social media strategy and how it fits into other team efforts, including marketing (paid campaigns and activations), content (blogs, podcasts, videos) and beyond.
- Develop and manage the social content calendar in line with campaigns, product launches, research and thought leadership.
- Create launch plans for product updates, research releases and media moments.
- Ensure our social presence always reflects our positioning.
Content & Channels
- Co-own our social channels with the Director of Communications, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Substack, and other relevant platforms.
- Create lightly designed content, partnering with internal creative services and Brand to deliver higher-impact assets.
- Translate key company narratives into engaging, platform-native social content.
Insights and optimisation
- Establish clear metrics and report on performance, using data to create actionable insights with meaningful impact to the business.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and explore how they can improve content creation, social listening, planning and reporting.
Must Haves:
- Experience in social media management, ideally within B2B technology or fintech, either in-house or at an agency.
- Experience executing a defined social strategy and contributing to its development.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social or similar tools.
- Experience with content production tools.
- Experience collaborating with other teams for successful programmes across paid, performance, and web marketing.
- Confidence in analysing performance data and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, data-driven mindset and a high bar for quality.
- Collaboration with other digital teams (Paid, Performance, Web).
Nice to haves:
- Expert skills in Italian.
- Experience producing or editing short-form video content.
- Experience supporting executive profiles.
- Experience building structured influencer or employee advocacy programmes.
